About FILLOSLOV
Our Story
FILLOSLOV grew out of a problem that thousands of rural property owners face every year: vehicles, boats, and farm equipment sitting exposed to rain, hail, snow, and relentless UV radiation. The founder watched a neighbor's truck cab crack from repeated freeze-thaw cycles under an open sky and decided that durable outdoor shelter should cost a fraction of building a full garage.
The team began sourcing galvanized steel from domestic mills that meet ASTM A653 specifications for zinc coating thickness. Galvanization bonds zinc to steel at the molecular level, creating a corrosion barrier that survives scratches, dents, and decades of weather. Powder-coated competitors peel within a few seasons. Galvanized frames do not.
Each carport design goes through structural load testing before reaching production. The vertical roof geometry emerged from field observations: flat and rounded roofs trap water in low spots, accelerating rust and dripping onto whatever sits below. Vertical panels channel water and snow straight off the sides. Combined with seam-taped anti-leak panels and reinforced truss connections, the result is a shelter that earns its "100 MPH wind rated" specification.
Assembly was the second problem worth solving. Most homeowners lack welding equipment and specialized tools. FILLOSLOV kits ship with pre-drilled, labeled components and step-by-step guides written for two-person teams. Customers routinely complete a 10x20 build in a single weekend. The included anchor kit eliminates the need for poured concrete, though the option remains for high-wind regions.
The product line expanded into polycarbonate greenhouses after customers began asking for year-round growing structures built with the same durability-first philosophy. The 8x10 FT greenhouse uses a rust-resistant aluminum frame, twin-wall polycarbonate panels that block UV while diffusing light, an adjustable roof vent, and an integrated gutter system for rainwater collection. A lockable door keeps tools and plants secure.
FILLOSLOV operates from Roundup, Montana, a small town that experiences brutal winters and short growing seasons. That environment shapes every design decision. If a product survives a Montana winter, it performs anywhere in the lower 48. The support team responds to assembly questions, replacement part orders, and customization requests within 24 hours.
The company now offers carports in five sizes (10x20, 12x20, 20x20, 20x30, 20x40 FT), replacement accessory kits for the 12x20 and 20x20 models, and the 8x10 greenhouse. Every product ships as a complete kit with all hardware included.
Our Mission & Values
Durability First
Galvanized steel over powder-coated. Reinforced trusses over single-beam frames. Seam-taped panels over simple overlaps. Every material choice prioritizes decades of outdoor performance over short-term cost savings.
Owner-Friendly Assembly
Pre-drilled holes, labeled parts, step-by-step guides, and included anchor kits. Two adults, one weekend, zero welding. The goal is a carport that homeowners build themselves without professional contractors.
Responsive Support
Assembly questions answered within 24 hours. Replacement parts shipped from stock. Customization requests evaluated by the engineering team. FILLOSLOV treats post-purchase support as part of the product.
